Some consider going under the knife as they want fast, immediate results. They don't want to spend time exercising or give up their favorite food. He or she can revise the prescription and let you take other drugs that doesn't affect your hormones that causes man boobs.

Lose your excess pounds the natural way by eating healthy, well-balanced diet. Load up on fruits, vegetables, lean meat, and drink lots of water. Do regular exercises that are designed to help you burn those fats and increase your metabolism. You can also do workouts that are specifically created to tone your chest areas such as bench press, cable cross over, and push ups.

Those who notice that they are developing enlarged breasts between the ages of twelve and eighteen there is really no cause for treatment. This is a normal part of the development that a boy will go through. The body is producing too little testosterone and too much estrogen, which is the cause of the enlarged breasts.
