You could spend all day (and all your money) exploring all the products people are selling with the claim to better health and a longer life. The internet is brimming with magnets, vibration machines, special juices, ingestible metals, and black boxes with batteries and buttons.

None of them have been scientifically tested, so the only thing you can be sure that all the so-called cures will especially good at is racking up high fees and charges. You can find products that have been endorsed by a well-known organization, celebrity (or practically famous), or even supernatural entities.

To me, the people that sell health are crazy. Personally, I'd send them some medication, if I thought it would do actual good, but it might allow them to think they're doing something good in the world. So I won't send medication, but I will continue to hope that they somehow see the light and begin a transformation. Hopefully they will learn that the secret to long life is a way of life, not a pill you can take in one day.

The best thing I can ever tell anyone that wants to live a long life is to eat well. More and more research shows us that a healthy diet can cure most diseases, or at least prevent them. Incorporating a diet that is rich in leafy greens, fresh fruits, and whole grains is the best chance for any of us to make our lives longer.

For example, are you aware of how many forms of cancer are lessened by a high fiber high plant food diet? I'm not sure of the exact number, but I am sure that it's a large percentage.
